With the felt material it’s not as easy to clean but I just dilute antibacterial fabric soap and will pour it on the mat and then will rinse the soap off really well with a hose when I feel like it needs a good cleaning. I normally don't write reviews, but after trying many different mats, I have to say this one rocks! If a little slippery for downward dog at the beginning of a yoga session, once you start sweating the material is amazing, it completely absorbs the sweat, and it dries super quickly. Not slippery at all! I also find the thickness perfect, not too thin that it hurts your knees ( I have bad knees), but not too thick that it's difficult to keep balance. It doesn't smell at all. While this is a decent mat (not the highest quality but much better than your standard yoga class mats) I had a few issues with it. For starters, it arrived very curled. Doesn’t lay flat. I’ve placed some weighted items on it hoping to flatten it out. But it’s concerning because I’m wondering if it will just curl Up again when I roll to store it. The other issue is the color. This looks teal blue/green on the ad, but it’s a light blue color in person. It really is quite different from the photo online. Still a cool design though. The thickness is decent, it’s great for morning yoga out on my deck, and provides enough comfort. It does slide a bit but maybe that’s from the curled ends. Overall 3-4 star mat. Read more

The design is beautiful. The first day I used it, I got compliments about how pretty it is. The thickness is fine, but it is very slippery, and the traction isn’t nearly enough for me to do yoga safely. In downward dog, my hands would slip and slide, as would my feet. Unless I could make the mat “stickier,” I simply cannot use it for yoga. If you just used it for stretching out something more stationary, I’d recommend it. Read more

LOVE. I’m a 52 yo obese person practicing hot yoga for two years with major injuries since ( Tri malleollar right ankle fracture plus ACDF surgery 2/2025. Ankylosing spondylitis and degenerative disc disease) I’m a crazy sweater- I started my yoga journey on a “ suede” type mat ( bought from goodwill) I’ve tried other sticky mats ( rubber/cork etc I don’t like because my sweat pools and they’re too sticky) I tried this mat today in my hot yoga class and am smitten. No slip for downward dog etc but enough slide for pigeon. I uncurled the mat in the opposite direction- overnight it went flat no problem. Love the graphics. Read more

I love this mat! I did pigeon pose on it for the first time yesterday, and my leg was able to slide back so easily. But yet, when doing downward facing dog, I feel very stable. It's beautiful and it just has a great feel to it. The thickness is really good. I have osteoarthritis in my left knee and it's pretty comfortable. I highly recommend this yoga mat. Read more
