I like the items in this kit. They have very good ingredients with nothing that you would not want to put in your ears. They are useful for having around the pool or when going to the beach because inevitably somebody gets water in their ears. The silicone earplugs are reusable and come in a convenient plastic storage container. The eardrops come in a glass bottle in a cardboard tube for protection. There is 250 mL of the ear wash, which is really just hydrogen peroxide and water, but that’s a good amount and will last a long time. I do not understand why this kit is so much more expensive than it would be buying these items individually. It’s about 40% more when you buy them in a kit. The best thing about the kit is convenience. You can really just use hydrogen peroxide with a little water yourself, and that’s very inexpensive, but this has the squeeze bottle. The eardrops contain not only ethyl alcohol, but also lysine ,olive oil, and bioactive turmeric. There’s a QR code you can scan to get the proper directions for Use!, but they require your email to get it . I do like all of these items, but I would not spend $100 on this set. I would, however, purchase the eardrops and the silicone earplugs. I think I would just purchase hydrogen peroxide for the ear wash instead of buying that separately. The Beach Box Swimmer Ear Drop Gift is a great gift for anyone. It contains ear drops, ear wash and ear plugs. The ear kit has very useful items but it is very unreasonably priced ($99.99). Current price at the time of my review is $89.99 and it is really unreasonable. The bottles are small like trial size bottles but even for a larger bottle this product is overpriced. I really like this product. No exaggeration but I seriously do feel like my ears opened up after one use. The scent-free ear cleaning solution feels odd. You will feel the bubbles popping in your ear and I do tend to shiver because of it. But I’m telling you, my ears feel so clean afterwards. After cleaning my ears I apply the drops in my ear. There is no pain or feeling with the drops however, the scent of it reminds me of vinegar. I personally think this product would benefit those with “wet” ear wax. However, I am a dry ear wax person and still found the product to be beneficial. Good product and glad to have this in my medicine cabinet just in case for the upcoming swim season. Read more
I was expecting to find this "limited edition" box set to either be numbered or have an autograph or something representing the surf world. Nope, just 3 items that if purchased separately would have cost $60 vs the bundled in colorful box list price of $150. The box I got was damaged (see photo) which after realizing it is merely a box, doesn't matter however the box is sturdy enough to protect the contents. Everything arrived just fine. If the price point on this item were more in line with saving some money due to bundling, I could see this being a great vacation gift for those heading to the shores. Pricing 3X the cost of the individual items without some fanfare is a marketing gimmick that I unfortunately fell for. Read more
The box presentation is lovely. The bottles are displayed in a dramatic way, with the bottles themselves being of a quality that I would expect from a cosmetic name brand. If only the other products I usually get at the drugstore were presented in such a bougie manner. This is the best way to describe it: Imagine a gift box with a beautiful toothbrush, a glass bottle of mouthwash with a corked top, toothpaste in an expensive aluminum tube, and a gold-plated dental floss dispenser.
