3.5 stars rounded up to 4. There was a problem with the shipping and it took forever after saying that it was not going to ship. That aside, I like the fit of this item as it is compressive enough to help slightly with my belly but not so much as to be uncomfortable. The length is good and reaches just below my knees (I’m 5’ 2”). I was worried that this length would be uncomfortable in the back of my knees after wearing for several hours but it is not at all. The fabric is think enough to not be see through and a bit silky so it works great under dresses which is what I bought it for. The reason for the reduced stars is that it was not dyed well. I got the olive green color and although the color is fine, there are dye lines throughout that are darker. If I were going to wear these with just a tee shirt I would have sent them back. Since I will only wear them under a skirt or dress it is not an issue for me. I’ve just washed them one time in the washer on gentle and laid them flat to dry and they have held up so far. I have these in three colors. I love the flattering length options; the material isn't at all see-through. They are comfortable, and buttery-soft material out of the bag. So why only three stars? These leggings have begun to pill after relatively few washings...in cold water and with a hang dry. I wish they'd last longer. The quest for the perfect knee-length leggings continues.... Read more
