This might be the best product I’ve ever purchased. It is a perfect size, it keeps ice and food cold, it doesn’t leak, it is super easy to transport and lift. I love the smaller piece on top for plates, cutlery, napkins or chips, fruit roll-ups, etc. So many pockets to hold things. I was really hoping for this item to work out. It has all the features I was looking for however it was very disappointing in the end. Once fully loaded, the cooler would collapse to one side, causing it to roll funny and made for a very frustrating walk. I ended up picking this up and putting it into my cart, which was the reason I bought it in the first place, so it would not take up room and it still continued to collapse to one side, making it difficult to unzip and get what was needed. One of the features I liked best was that it had a separate compartment for your food so it wouldn’t get soggy however I tried multiple cooler packs and they all seemed to not stay cool enough for our food. We do live in Arizona, where it is very hot. The bottom chamber did seem to stay a lot cooler. However, I did have three large ice packs in there trying to hold up the sides. This does not work. He also could not figure out how the bungee system worked because if you pull it in front of the bag and over the top, there’s no place to connect the hook up the bungee too, so I hooked it to the handle and that made it collapse forward even more.
