I Purchased this based on low price and positive reviews. It arrived next day, was a perfect fit, installed within an hour, and is working perfectly. I’ll keep an eye on it using a volt meter that plugs into the 12v receptacle for a while. If it fails prematurely I’ll change this review. Read more

2003 F-150 5.4. Perfect fit and very easy installation. It does come with a pulley although the add says w/o pulley. Highly recommend. Read more

Installed this on my 2003 Ford F-150 XLT (4.6L Triton V8, 6-rib belt). It matched perfectly and got my truck charging like it should again—voltage now reads a steady 14.4V while running. The install was surprisingly easy for a first-timer. All it really took was a YouTube video, a decent ratchet, and a lot of patience. Oh—and I had many detailed convos with ChatGPT walking me through it step by step. Lifesaver. If you’re on the fence about doing this yourself, don’t be. This alternator fit like a glove and brought my dying battery/charging system back to life. Highly recommend for anyone trying to save money and learn a thing or two along the way. Read more

I had to swap pulleys as the original was wider but the generator works great! Read more
Installed the alternator as everything on the alternator itself is correct. Harness, wiring and bolt patterns as well as the output specs are all correct. HOWEVER, after it was full installed I went to put the belt on only to find out the pully is wrong. Trucks run an 8 Rib belt and the pulley was a 6 rib....possibly for a passenger vehicle. As this was an emergency to get the truck back on the road I swapped pulleys and it works fine. Read more
