i am 55, sounds old when u r 25, but my fashion preferences have pretty much remained the same. 5’8, 135 lbs, I generally wear a 6-8,,or a Medium. I wanted an A line sweater dress, the search brought up this dress. Models wear it in cold weather (long sleeves) but bare legged. Sorry, I don’t get that. But with tights or leggings I feel it is quite appropriate for any age. My 24 yr old daughter even commented she would like one. It is knit, washes and dries well, i would not call it a sweater dress. Comfortable weight, not too thin for fall ,but not a sweater knit. Very comfy without being slouchy or oversized. I personally do not like close fitting tops with leggings. This is cut as a dress, not a tunic, which is what I was looking for. I did order it for my daughter who wears an XL, and it fit true to size. She thinks it’s too “poofy” on me, but I like it a bit roomier than she wears hers. I wore mine the terra cotta color with brown leggings and brown booties. She wore her green one with navy leggings and tennis shoes to teach 2nd grade. Soft, just a little stretchy, nice contour. Fabric has a little warmth to it. I dodnt notice the slight sleeve pouf on top as a design element feom the pics . I absolutely LOVE, LOVE this dress! I had a new pair of boots and was looking for a winter-ish dress to wear with them so looking for certain colors.
