I got this as an upcoming present for my wife. I liked how it looked, and knowing her taste, I believe she will too. In looking this over, I’m not sure if this is a sweater or a shirt. It looks a bit like a sweater, but is very light weight with a preferably open front neck. To me, this is more of a very soft feeling shirt. I doubt that anyone would consider wearing this over another shirt. This shirt is not going to keep you warm. It may feel slightly fluffy, but it is too sheer to keep any warmth in when wearing it. This is not T-shirt thin, but it is certainly thin for a sweater. Being a thin sweater/shirt can also be a positive, when you want to look like you are wearing a sweater but it is too warm to actually wear one. The description says it is made of “Polyester,Rayon,Spandex”. That combination seems to work as this shirt is incredibly soft and feels really good to the touch. I’m certain my wife will like how this feels when she puts it on. This is also machine washable which is a must in my house. I am very satisfied with this purchase. The shirt is versatile and can be dressed up with a necklace and blazer or worn casually with jeans. The material feels comfortable against the skin and has a nice weight to it. I did not find it to be see-through. I also like the length of the shirt. For reference, I am 5’8”, 144 pounds, and ordered a medium. Based on the fit, I likely could have sized down to a small. The pants shown in my photos are several sizes too large, which makes the shirt appear slightly bunched at the bottom, so those with similar measurements may want to consider a small. This sweater is so comfortable! The material is soft and cozy, while also being lightweight—so it’s perfect to lounge around the house in or go out to run some errands. Since it is lightweight and short sleeved, it feels best for Fall and Spring weather, when there’s a little breeze but not too chilly. The sizing has a bit of flexibility—I usually wear a 3x in items. In the picture, I’m wearing an XL. The XL works, though I would be more comfortable in an XXL for this shirt. But even in the XL, the material is stretchy, so it isn’t constricting. The style itself is cute and casual. The button detail draws the eye, and the rounded neckline gives a nice line up top. I really did want to like this shirt, but it's not true to the add photo. The neck is such that it looks weird unbuttoned; it's more circular rather than v-shaped. The fabric isn't loose enough that it flows over your frame, so it's got somewhat of a flour-sack look to it. The blue color, which I picked, is also very muted. It looks almost grey in the photos, but it is a light teal in person. Even the sleeves do not match the ad image. This shirt might be fine, if you like the style in my photo, but it wasn't at all what I pictured, and I wished they'd been more honest about what it would look like. Read more
