The media could not be loaded. I received the scooter in excellent condition. The following is my riding experience, I hope it will be helpful to you. Unpacking and assembly took about 7 minutes. I was disappointed with the first ride since it wouldn't start when I pressed the throttle button. Contacting Tigoten through Customer service solved the problem. they told me it was set to non-zero start, which means I needed to glide for a few meters like a regular scooter before pressing the throttle. After trying this method, it worked. then I set it to zero start so that it would start directly when pressing the throttle button. 👍 They also informed me that if there's a beeping sound indicating an issue, I should provide them with the error ID displayed on the screen, and they would know the cause and help me resolve it. They were very patient and professional, and I find them trustworthy. After installation, I successfully powered it on and connected to the app. I tested almost all the buttons, and they are very responsive. It has three speed modes, which are very beginner-friendly and safe to ride.If I let my 15-year-old child use it, I would feel very confident and assured. The ride is incredibly smooth and the bell is loud and clear, which is great for alerting pedestrians, and the front and rear lights are super bright, making me feel safe during my early morning and late night rides. On weekends, I take it to the park for leisure rides and even take my dog for a fun outing.one feature I love is the cruise control; it's very convenient for long trips. I ordered this product and soon after got notification it shipped. 24 hours later I received a call and message stating they would like to send me a new one because there was no “used” one I had originally ordered. I thought that was so gracious. 24 hours from that I had one delivered. Totally confused we noticed it didn’t seem to be the same brand with some other mix ups. Customer service and I went back and forth several times. They worked hard with picture requests and such to figure out the issue. They were very courteous throughout. Product description was a little wonky as the link my son sent me and what popped up seemed different. But glad they offer a “used” option for purchase. Came charged and son was able to use right away. He didn’t read the instructions so charging was tricky but due to user error. He figured it out and has used it daily. Very durable for a teenager. It’s not light but isn’t extremely heavy either. With the collapsible design makes it easier to transport but still fit in my minivan fine (the pull pin to collapse seemed to be stuck). My son says he goes up to about 42km/hr. Can’t figure out how to change km to mpg. Read more

First, I’ve had this scooter for 4+ months now. It quit out on me randomly and won’t start up again. I will say, if you only take this thing short distances, charge it when it hits 2 bars. Because I went on an errand believing I had 2 bars of battery and it died on me halfway, making me late to my appointment. This scooter is a nice scooter for short trips. I only charge it once a week and when I do, it’s only 2 bars left. Campus is sizable and I’ve been in the rain with it before. It’s also good at absorbing impacts so you won’t fly off if you hit something reasonably big. The power button moves a bit so it can get stuck in the display and I have to fix it. My new electric scooter has been an absolute blast! It’s definitely a game-changer for my daily commute and weekend adventures. First off, the speed! This scooter goes up to 19 MPH and 23 miles of range which is pretty great, I can feel a nice breeze while I effortlessly weave through a traffic. The battery life is stellar too. I rode it these past couple of days around my neighborhood and hadn’t had to charge it yet so I never have to worry about running out of battery on my way to work or while exploring new cities. Let’s talk about the ride itself, it’s pretty smooth, I did feel a few bumps here and there but nothing major. I did expect this because It doesn’t have shocks so you will likely feel the bumps when riding it but the bigger tire size at 8.5” does help reduce it a little bit but I do have to say the tires handle bumps and cracks in the pavement like a pro. One of the coolest features has to be the smart App control. You can easily connect and operate many functions via this APP, such as lock/unlcok; set up customized max speed; cruise control, Non-zero start, etc. LED lights. Not only do they make riding at night safer, but they also give the scooter a futuristic, Tron-like vibe. I get so many compliments on the sleek design and the fun, bright colors. And let's not forget the convenience factor. Folding it up and carrying it on the subway or storing it when not in use. It’s lightweight yet sturdy, and the intuitive controls make it super user-friendly. Overall, this electric scooter has totally transformed how I get around. It’s environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and pure joy to ride. Whether it's for a quick grocery run or a joyride through the park, it can save you a lot of time and effort.
