Just needed a simple arm, a little bit of teflon tape, and a back plate double stick adhesive ring to adhere the flange to the wall. The flange is tight enough around the pipe for it to hold pretty well in place, anyway. I always by rust resistant (or non-rust brass, my preference, if I can find it in the item I'm looking for...in this case bronze or bronze/black).
