I have so many great things to say about this scrub top, and I was very pleasantly surprised when I received it! I got this with the intention of letting my pregnant co-workers wear it when they need some maternity scrubs and I can confidently say that this top will hold up well enough to be passed between them and used during several pregnancies for years to come. This top feels like a luxury piece of clothing..like it should cost at least a few hundred dollars. I know that probably sounds like an over the top thing to say, but I'm serious. Now, I haven't worn this myself, so if I get feedback about any potential negatives I will come back and edit this review. For now, however, all I've noticed are positives: the material is a thick, soft fabric that has some stretch to it- I'm not very knowledgeable about fabric types, but I believe this is scuba material. This unique fabric choice means wrinkles are practically impossible, and any fluids will just roll right off, instead of soaking in and causing stains (us nurses are at constant risk of stains due to the constant barrage of bodily fluids we are exposed to); it also has a very soft and smooth texture that is very comfortable on skin- not itchy at all, and it holds it's shape well without risk of getting stretched out or losing it's integrity over time. (Think of the difference between a designer suit vs. a bargain suit from penny's- they both start out looking nice, crisp and new, but the cheaper one will inevitably begin looking threadbare, slouchy and tattered much sooner than the other.) Now for the other attributes: the cut of this top is slimming and flattering for the female figure- with a cinched in waste and room for breasts and hips- which means it will look nice on women of all sizes, even during pregnancy. When so many maternity clothes have a general "boxy feel" that doesn't inspire confidence in women during a time when they may be inherently body-conscious. Since maternity clothes have to adapt to a quickly growing belly, the boxy shape of clothing can seem unavoidable...BUT this scrub top rises to the challenge and conquers it by the inclusion of vertical zippers on either side! The zippers extend up along most each side of the shirt, offering a very quick and easy way to modify it for a changing body. The zippers also offer extra comfort and cooling when needed, and they are nice quality, smooth-gliding, hidden zippers that are small and discrete so the wearer doesn't have to contend with a chunky, heavy, jingling metal zipper pull hanging off their shirt. The ONLY criticism (or just preference) I have is the lack of pockets. This top has one breast pocket and no side pockets, which I personally rely on for my pens, scissors, penlight, chapstick, etc. I know I've already written a very long and wordy review, and I could go on, but I won't...I'll just say: BUY IT! This scrub top is actually comfortable. The size is accurate and not too form fitting. The top is easy to clean and did not easily fade after the wash. The style is pretty common to the non-formal clothing verses workplace. This is worth the price value. Read more

Is unique and is as-pictured. I think that this kind of scrub top is a great idea, and I love that it was created by women who work who needed something to fit their needs. I love that the zippers on the sides go all the way from top to bottom. The material feels possibly durable with the right care, thicker than expected, silky soft, cool to the touch... it kind of reminds me of how some cooler-weather sports wear feels... definitely atypical to the feel of most scrubs that I've encountered. I love that the side zippers start at the top going down and open from the bottom. That enables them to be left only partially zipped if needed or preferred. This is a good quality shirt. On a side note, I honestly am not sure how this would fall under the classification of being a "scrub top" other than just that it was created by women in the healthcare field, who I'm sure intended it to be worn by those also in healthcare because they saw a need for it; but, really, there is, I don't think, any aspect or feature of this top that would fill the same needs or serve the same purposes that align with the features standard to a typical scrub top. This shirt has zero pockets and zero loops. I would think that at least one of those two would be present, as those are the very standard features of what we call a scrub top... the only other not so much feature, but more of an aspect, that I can think of that's maybe considered standard to a scrub top would be maybe stain resilience... which this shirt seems like it may be stain-resilient... it's also black, so there's that already going for it against stains; but, pockets and loops... pockets and loops are the standard when people think of scrub tops, especially because they serve a practical purpose, and are almost necessary... and at very least, they certainly make carrying out work-related duties tremendously easier. However, this shirt most definitely has its own feature that could help tremendously with fulfilling tasks, especially such as breastfeeding. I wish that I'd had a shirt like this after having my babies. Life could have been drastically different, improved. This shirt, I could see being ideal for someone recovering from any kind of upper-body medical procedure, also. The zippers operate smoothly. I feel like the arms are quite a bit tight and the fabric is not breathable, though it's nice feeling fabric; but fabric lacking breathability is not helpful in the armpit area, especially if the arms are already kind of tight. I may just be atypical with my body type though. Everything considered, if you have a need or want for a top with side zippers that open all the way from the armpit, down, this could be a great value for you. Read more

Shirt fits well and is actually pretty flattering but I don't care for the material. It's very heavy and thick, not like the light cotton scrubs I am used to. The zipper on the side is a nice touch for customizing/adjusting the fit, but I don't think I'll be wearing this shirt simply because I just really don't care for the material. Read more

This is a great scrub top for pregnant or nursing mamas! I wore my normal size of medium, and there is so much room to move around in the arm and shoulder area. It doesn’t pull anywhere at all! It’s plenty long and wide to cover my large belly. It makes me look pregnant and not just overweight, which is really appreciated in this type of clothing. It is so comfortable and moves with me all day. The zippers will be very convenient after the baby comes for either pumping or nursing, and are discreet so that no one will notice them. This top is not only a nice material and comfortable, but extremely flattering. It’s the first maternity scrub top that I’ve owned, and I have to say that it is such a better option than just sizing-up in a regular scrub top. The matching pants are the same material and look so nice together! I highly recommend this scrub company to any nurse, especially when it comes to maternity-wear! Read more
