Great sturdy bag

Great bag for traveling or a simple trip to the store. There is no sternum strap which I wasn't happy about, but the bag is still decently comfortable fully loaded even without one. It has plenty of pockets, big zippers, and a metal grab handle that I doubt will ever break. The organizers inside the front pocket where pens and business cards go feel a little flimsy, but aside from those and the lack of sternum strap this is my perfect everyday bag. I've used it frequently for months and it shows no signs of wear. Read more

Ranks very high on my Bag Snob scale

I'm something of a "bag snob" in that I want things just the way I want them :) And no bag seems to have 100% of the features I want/need. This bag comes very close to 100%. After just a few days I'm settled into it pretty well. The bag is not too large, it's just the right size for my notebook, e-reader, glasses, various adapters, and papers. It has a generous number of zippered pockets. The "office" organizer pocket up front has several pen slots (though not big enough for the larger rubber gripped pens). Does anybody really use the key-ring clip? It seems annoying to clip-in your keys as often as I take them in and out. I guess for a flight it makes sense. Overall: highly recommended. Suggestions to Ogio: The quick-access pocket on top and the two side accessory pockets are almost too small for anything good. I put a flashlight in one side pocket, and knife in the other, so I used them. The top pocket won't handle a sunglass case - and it really should. I ended up putting my Ray-Ban case in the tablet pocket up front - which is a nice pocket, by the way. No unnecessary straps to dangle about and make the bad unwieldy. Read more

Overall Great quality!

Overall, it has enough space. It can fit school supplies, a laptop, a big sweatshirt, headphones, and more. Although the pockets share the same room so it doesn't have unlimited space, you just have to pick and choose which pockets. I'm 5'4 and it's not too long/big/heavy on me, great shoulder and back padding! What worried me was all the weight resting on the computer when the bag is laying down but haven't had an issue with my computer yet. 9/10, Definitely gonna use this one for a while. Read more

Great travel laptop backpack!

Have been using this laptop backpack for 2 months now and it has traveled about 15,000 miles during this time. The main reason I got it is the luggage strap that sits behind the handle and above the shoulder straps. I have a rollaboard bag that I travel with and I was looking for a good backpack that could secure itself on top of my luggage without me having to constantly worry about it. For that it has done very well. I have also come to like the large number of compartments, though I took a while to get used to it. At first I was seemingly placing things in random places, but once I started using the backpack, I found it more intuitive. For example, there's a small zippered pocket on top by the laptop compartment which is great for my external battery and small charging cables. The laptop compartment has a spot for my 15" laptop and ipad to co-exist with no problems. I once even had 2 laptops and 1 ipad in there. Comfort-wise, I have carried this backpack by its handle (very comfortable) as well as on my back for about 30 minutes at a time. Felt comfortable and did not really have any issues. This backpack replaced a trusty Swiss Gear one that I had been using for 10+ years and still looked great. I have no idea how long the OGIO backpack will last, but hopefully just as long or longer.
