Have you ever used the complimentary disposable shower caps in hotel rooms? Those are flimsy but do the job. It cannot be expected for that level of flimsiness to offer any sort of protection for a vehicle, yet this product gives it a try. These are about the equivalent flimsiness of a disposable shower cap. Started tearing at the elastic as I was putting them onto the vehicles. After a day or so one managed to shred and blow off into the woods; as far as the other one I just peeled off the remnants from my car and saved to return. You would be better off buying a plastic drop cloth in Home Depot or Walmart for a couple of dollars and flinging it over your vehicle; it would be at least thicker. This might be worth it as a Dollar Tree item (and just barely) but honestly, $16.99? Read more
Better than expected , strong as well amazing Read more
The dimensions were exactly as indicated. It seemed thin when I opened it, but once on the car, it is a great fit and just what is needed to protect from the elements. Read more
Whenever I want to look at my beautiful classic car in my garage yet keep the dust off of it, I take off the good/real car cover and replace it with this clear one. I will also put this over it's real/fabric car cover during its winter storage to help keep the actual, main car cover clean during its (5) mos. of it's Michigan winter storage slumber. Overall, it provides a nice, dual option. Its material is similar to a dry cleaning bag though maybe a slightly heavier duty gauge, but seemingly not. On the `trade-off' front, it will blow off with a mild gust of wind even though it has an elastic surround, and it is fragile. In a couple of places I fixed a hole with clear packing tape affixed to both sides of the hole in the fragile clear plastic material. Finally, I noticed that it will slightly yellow after 2-3 years, though for what you pay it is to be expected. Read more
Like I said above, although I think a trash bag would thicker. Suuuuuuuuuper disappointed with this product. At least it will help keep dust off. Fits my car like a glove and I like that. But that's about it so far. Read more
The Ohleats disposable car cover is best suited for indoor use—either to shield a vehicle parked in a garage or to temporarily protect furniture. We attempted to use it outdoors on a calm day with barely any breeze, placing it over an SUV for temporary coverage. Anticipating the risk of the cover blowing off, we secured the cover with painter’s tape around the cover at the base of the side mirrors. Despite these precautions, the cover detached within minutes, even without a change in wind conditions. The issue appears to stem from the flimsy, narrow elastic along the bottom edge, which fails to hold the cover in place. Read more
