Item was as described. 2 separate banners intended to be hung together, one above the other. We opted to take off the year flags of either side of “grad” so that ours just said congrats grad and we used the years to make a cute little table decoration. The string the banner came with was easy to assemble. The signs were good quality and colors as shown. It worked well and was extremely affordable. Read more
