I've been using athletic tape for years as a coach and parent of a young athlete, and this tape definitely surprised me in a good way. It is the standard size for most athletic tapes. It’s strong, easy to tear by hand, and doesn’t leave behind a huge sticky mess like some of the other brands I've used. The grip is solid for ankles, wrists, and even fingers, and it holds up well during practice and games. The fact that it comes in a 4-pack makes it a great value, and I like that it’s not overly rigid. It has a little give but still provides support. Only downside is the rolls seem slightly thinner than some of the name brands, so I go through them a bit faster. Also, the white color isn’t super bright, but that’s a minor thing. This works okay, the adhesive is a bit too strong it hurts quite a bit when removing. Definitely not easy to remove. Also, while it labels itself as "Sports Tape for Injuries", I definitely would recommend the Kinesiology tapes over this, as they provide better support. This one is less expensive so we give this a try, but if you are using this to give support to a sprain ankle, for example, do spend a little extra to get the kinesiology one. And get the 2" instead of 1.5". It's not a bad product, just that if you are using it for injury support, this may not be the best option as it doesn't provide much pain relief. Read more
