Ok so you definitely have to follow instructions when using these if you’ll be in pain! And that’s with any sports tape! In like this brand because it really sticks good. If you have hair.. shave the area before using!!!! And pull downwards to take off! Less pain! Trust me! First thing out of the box, these smelled so strongly like a factory chemicals. It was so bad that I didn't want to use it. After a few days, I didn't notice the smell anymore so I decided to try it, although I still don't like the thought of chemicals directly on my skin. I was going to repurchase since I've run out, until I remembered this part. The cost is definitely worth the savings compared to brand name. It works as well KT tape as far as i can tell. The edges fray after having it on all day, and will leave residue, but I think this is the same for KT. I've been using this for an ankle sprain. The tape sticks well, which I was worried about, but I did a 21k spartan race and it didn't peel off at all even through the mud and water. The tape works great. I use it on my foot for my bunion. It's easy to cut and to stick on, and it stays on. It's soft and comfortable. Good value for money as well. I like the way it is the same color as my skin and doesn't really show when I wear sandals. Read more
Some of the best KT tape I've used. Doesn't budge off my ankle/foot for at least 4-5 days. Only con is that the glue sometimes is difficult to get off my skin. Coconut oil works well to remove. Read more
