Best purple shampoo I've ever tried. Doesn't turn my hair grey like Prism Lights, and actually works unlike "Not Your Mother's". I have used it every other day without staining. Just mix with your regular shampoo for a more gentle use. My hair feels very dry at first, but if you follow up with a a good conditioner, you shouldn't have a problem.
