Old Spice has always had me down with the scents and is one of the reasons I bought the product. The product lasted about 3 months and this is coming from a person who uses it almost every day even in this quarantine so you know the longevity of the product. Love the scent, rich and 'masculine' (latter by way of girlfriend). Also pretty happy with the endurance. Was using an Axe deodorant previously, and by contrast this actually lasts all day, even post-workout, I'm still doing ok. Also, I hate the smell of pretty much every 'female' deodorant out there. If I wanted to smell like an old lady's bra or dollar store douche, I'd roll in some potpourri. 'Swagger' is an aggressive smell initially, quickly mellowing to a non-intrusive blend of bright tones including cedar and spices. It makes my nose happy and sufficiently cancels out any funk. Husband has used old spice swagger for years and loved it. I loved the scent too. As soon as he opened the container he said it smelled “awful” and he could detect a metal smell. I didn’t notice a bad smell, but it smells different. The other one smelled more spicy and sexy and sweeter like spiced rum but also fresh. This one smells “meh”. He immediately looked it up. The company changed the scent. It’s not the seller’s fault, but it’s very disappointing. We wish the parent company would change the scent back. Read more
