The replacement I've had for over a month and it is easy to clean, sturdy, and has been well used by my toddler. See my original review below for the difference. ***** Loved the idea behind the design but the make up of the product was either defective or very cheap. I had it for one day and it was dropped from a height of a 1.5 year old hands (less than 2 ft) and shattered. Like it was some sort of brittle material not plastic. All I did prior to this event was hand wash in soap and warm water. I give durability a 1 star for this reason, but overall the design with the multi lid option and the handle would have been great. Cant say that I would recommend this as a kid product as the title suggests given the lifespan. Just bummed it didn't live up to the expectations. Read more

Update - was contacted immediately after posting review with apology and offer to send replacement straw lid at no cost. Package arrived today with 2 extra straw lids and 2 straws. Excellent customer service, and my daughter is very happy! Thanks! Got this water bottle for my daughter for the summer. We've been using it less than a week and the spring on the straw lid broke leaving it unusable. Glad it came with another lid - my daughter loves the water bottle and has already put several stickers on it! Just disappointing the straw lid broke in such a short amount of time. The media could not be loaded. Excuse the water droplets in review photos/video as I just washed it. I am pleased with my purchase. It is the perfect sized bottle to fit in side pocket of a bookbag. The lock latch is secure and is leak proof. The straw is silicone. The bottle is sturdy and won’t easily crack. My son has been using this daily for several months now. The only drawback is that the strap is made of cloth and is not removable. So when you wash it-it will get wet, but it seems to dry well enough. Also the silicone straw does not seem to come off. I usually put it in a soapy dish bin and use a straw cleaner brush to get in to the small spaces and straw itself. I am pleased with my purchase for the price and what is available out there. I ordered this water bottle for my 4th gr son for school at the very end of March. Unfortunately, it got knocked off his desk at school a couple weeks ago and as you can see in the pictures, the bottom broke. He said water went everywhere! We did like the bottle before as it is smaller and fit nicely in his backpack side pocket. He is also pretty upset that he put his new stickers on it and now he is out a water bottle and his stickers. Unless you can guarantee the bottle won't get dropped, I would recommend looking for a different option. On the plus side, it was pretty easy to wash and never once leaked. **Updated 6.1.22 - I have updated my review to share that I am impressed with the customer satisfaction guarantee offered by the manufacture. I understand that things can happen, but the fact that they reached out to me to correct the problem was unexpected. My 2.5 and 5 year olds are able to use these at preschool, and it marks all the necessary check boxes. Small enough, durable, leak proof and cute! Unfortunately theyare both straw chewers, so I'm needing to replace the lids. There is a warranty for lids for 5 years, but there is no information on how to initiate that warranty process. I really want to love this water bottle but there are 2 downfalls: first, it is not meant to be put in the dishwasher (normally I would put it in the dishwasher anyways but I was trying to extend the life of this one). Second, it is definitely not unbreakable! I didn’t think with my kid that it would be indestructible but I thought it would last more than 5 months!! The spring loaded lid button broke a few weeks ago but that didn’t really bother us, but today it sprung a leak - the plastic on the bottom is cracked. Back to the drawing board. Read more
