Wow, so pleased!!
I lose/damage my readers all the time. The cheap ones scratch easily so I decided to spend a little more to see if there’s a difference. I rarely give 5 stars but I am so impressed with the quality of these glasses I give it resoundingly!! The package arrived boxed, an obvious plus since Amazon generally uses the shipping bags if they can. The exterior product box held up to shipping. Inside, I found a nice looking and sturdy eyeglass box (not a fabric sleeve like the cheap ones). The box contained the glasses and a cleaning cloth. The glasses look like they came from a professional optometrist. They are not cheap looking. The best part happened when I tried them on. The clarity through these lenses astounded me! What a difference compared to the cheap multi-pack variety! I usually wear a +2 and I ordered +2 in these. The entire lense is +2. They are light weight and really nice looking to boot! The shape looks great on my face but I didn’t include a full face photo bc everyone’s face is different and they might not work for every shape face. It feels easier to take care of these since I keep the box nearby (don’t want to put them down anywhere to avoid scratches). I’d buy them in other colors too if there were more choices (purple not my bag!) Would also purchase a bifocal variety so the top is clear for looking through if they had that type. One thing I was worried about was the nose pads. I’ve never been comfortable with the nose pad type of glasses but these have not been a problem at all. Probably because they are light weight. They aren’t feather light like the super expensive brand at the doc but they are lighter than others I’ve tried. My advice…go for it!! Read more
