I would say the mid 90’ and earlier everything was made with quality in mind. Unfortunately that is a dead sales point today! Now it’s all built as cheaply as possible so you have to buy the same thing over and over. I have been looking for a blow dryer like my Moms 80’s con-air brand for years! It’s been a failed attempt every time but I have finally found the winner! This dryer has three heat settings perfect for fine hair! The 1875 watt is perfect for dry time! It took my fifteen mins to dry completely. (I have fine hair) it has a long end perfect for bangs or layers! That’s a dying style too, not sure why! The price was perfect for what I got but I did wait till prime day so if you can wait I would. My hair is softer, shinier, and less fly away pieces stick out after using. I would highly recommend. Upon using this hairdryer for the first time, I found that I needed to concentrate the airflow/heat. When I attached each of the concentrator nozzles, they were clearly not the correct size (too big) and fell right off the hairdryer. I would expect that a hairdryer at this price point would come with the appropriate size attachments. It seems that quality control was lacking yet the company continued to package attachments that didn't fit. I will be returning this item. Read more
