I was skeptical because melatonin does not normally work for me. But with the Olly gummies I was drowsy in the best way within 30 minutes, and asleep as my head hit the pillow. While I appreciate that Olly has a vegan gummy option, these taste absolutely disgusting. So gross. Did they work for me? Yes but was it worth feeling drowsy for days and having weird, creepy dreams? No. Don't take two unless you have taken melatonin before; I was out of it for days. I might take them if I can get to bed earlier than normal but not when I need to actually be awake the next day.
