Once I learned what the prenatal my insurance was giving me had in them I instantly went searching and found these via a friend! I am anti so many things, but especially folic acid. However, I do have an issue with these and it’s that they use fish oil. Fish oil is an enemy just like folic acid and so many other things people are learning to avoid. If Olly could release a product without fish oil, I’d be proud to continue it. Other than that, it’s a very healthy supplement and I’d recommend it to anyone that can’t afford a more expensive prenatal that supplements other things.
