Bought these for my 9 y/o per her nutritionist recommendation. My child has SPD, and is very weary of trying new things. The packaging along was inviting for her. The fact that they are melon flavored, was amazing. There is a slight sugar coating on them, which, lets be honest... kids love! The ONLY complaint I have is the smell... I have to open the container away from her; before giving them to her, otherwise she wouldn’t take them. Now, I understand they’re a vitamin, and they have smells. But, I was running around my house sniffing under stuff to figure out what died! It almost smelt that bad until I realized I opened something new, and we haven’t used before. I bought another container, and it has the same smell. Not a deal breaker for me! Everyone else I know also stated it has a smell. Others have told me it’s not that bad on my container. My kid can’t smell it and it’s not expired, no recalls. I’m ok with that! Love these for my teen daughter! She does not eat very much so I'm not sure she's getting everything she needs daily, even though she eats healthy. By the afternoon/evening, I can tell the difference in her tolerance & energy between the days she takes her vitamins and the days she doesn't. She didn't think they made a difference until I pointed it out to her, then she agreed she feels better on the days she takes them. They taste good, so they are easy & fun to eat on her way out the door on the way to school! Read more

Seems to be effective, it definitely increased her energy. The size of each gummy seems to be about average. Compared to other vitamins it seems to have a good deal of vitamin content however there are some missing that could prove useful, such as iron, and other D and B vitamins. Value for money also seems comparable to others of its kind. The flavor is lacking though. My daughter says they don’t taste very good, but not so bad that she can’t get them down. Read more
