This collagen powder mixes easily into liquids. It has a slight sweetness, so I add it to protein shakes instead of coffee. It includes multiple types of collagen along with probiotics and prebiotics. It has added fruit extracts and Vitamin C. It’s also free from gluten and soy. NOTE: There is a misprint on the label for the Protein that says 1250 mg - - - it should correctly say 12.5 mg of Protein, which is 2.5% of the Daily Value (DV) based on a 2,000-calorie diet. In August I had the wonderful opportunity to try this collagen and pre/probiotic powder. Here is my review: 1. First, this powder is chalked full of healthy fish collagen peptides and grass-fed bovine collagen peptides. It also has 1250 mg of addition protein, and 1750 mg of whey polypeptides. Thus, one is getting literally all the all additional protein and peptides to make this a reasonably nutritious collagen powder. 2. There is a long list of pre and probiotics, which have so far benefitted my gut. I have been regular once I started taking this powder. There are 13 billion CFU’s of 12 pre and probiotic strains. 3. The taste is sweet. It’s too sweet for me personally. It also has resistant dextrine, which is a soluble dietary fiber resistant to digestion. I initially experienced some bloating and gas when I first used this product and after some research I believe this why. 4. The product cost less than $10. Which is substantially less than higher quality products that don’t cause digestion problems. It dissolves well in water but does not taste great in coffee, at least for me. I take it strictly in water. 5. The product is GMO free, has no soy, and was manufactured in a GMP certified facility. This is all great. However, the product doesn’t say 3rd party tested, which I prefer. I prefer this because the FDA doesn’t really test all supplements because the market is so saturated. So, one can’t always be sure how healthy they are. Conclusion: I docked stars for taste, lack of 3rd party testing, initial bloat and gas(which was uncomfortable for me), and the cost being less than $10 leads me to doubt the quality of the product. I really like this collagen product a lot! I appreciate the prebiotics, vitamin C from acerola cherry extract and cranberry extract, and the variety of collagen peptides included. Great value for the money, dissolves really easily. I drink a powdered vitamin beverage every morning instead of coffee and I've been putting this in the shaker cup with it. It dissolves really well with no clumps and doesn't really change the flavor of my vitamin beverage, which is nice, and I can hardly tell it's in there. Very happy. the added peach powder (organic, yay!) serves as a prebiotic and also serves as shelf-stable source of vitamins A, C, and K, dietary fiber, and antioxidants so... hey. As I’ve gotten more mature, I began to noticed that my nails have been breaking and skin feeling drier. I started doing some research about the benefits of collagen for more mature skin. I was also advised that I needed to increase my protein intake to promote bone health. I chose to pick up this collagen supplement in particular because of its unique blend of added cranberry extract in hope that it will increase my urinary track health. This supplement comes in a fine powder that easily blends even in cold drinks, which was really helpful surprise as I already take other powder supplements in the morning in my coffee and wanted to add this to an afternoon cold drink. It blended easily and smoothly no clumps, also despite the cranberry-colored crystals within it didn’t have any effect on the flavor of my drink. It also includes prebiotics that may be beneficial so I’m hoping that will assist of rebuilding of healthy gut bacteria. Honestly, I have to say that I feel more confident that I’m actually getting what is advertised in this supplement as it manufactured here in the USA and the standards are much higher for production so I feel that I can trust that this is clean brand. The price point is of great value and much lower than other Non-GMO collagen supplements. I’m giving this brand 5 stars because of how easily it blended into my cold drink.
