The only complaint I have is that the hangers get caught where the rod expands and can be annoying. We are very pleased how this closet organizer has given us more room with an upscale look. We liked it so much, we bought smaller unit for another closet. Install takes 2 people, follow directions, layout first on floor to see what will work best. Keep in mind to build unit from bottom upwards and how it connects.
