I installed the ONETWOFIT wall pull‑up & dip station about two weeks ago, and it’s been excellent. Setup took about an hour using my stud-finder and drill. The steel frame feels solid—no wobble even during heavy kips. I love the multiple grip options, which make targeting different back and arm muscles easy. The dip handles are an unexpected bonus and feel stable. The padded grips are soft but firm, preventing calluses. The unit doesn’t jut out too much. Pros: • Versatile: Pull‑ups, dips, leg raises, and more in one unit. • Plug‑and‑play: Includes all mounting hardware. • Great price: High-end functionality without breaking the bank. Cons: • Wall drilling: You need solid studs. • Width: Takes about 40″ of wall space. Bottom line: If you want a single wall-mounted station for full upper‑body workouts, this is it. Quality build, versatile grips, and excellent comfort—all at a reasonable price. Read more
The quality is there. Its sturdy and can hold 200 lbs easily. Very manageable with moving around. I didnt recieve 1 nut which isnt a big deal. The worst are the bolts that go into a wall. I have an inside gym and i use studs to do my part. I didnt use the squish bolts but went and bought some wood screws. Works great that way. Love the product though. Read more

This chin-up bar/dip station is super sturdy. Product was easy to assemble but mine was missing an important wedge nut that didn't allow me to finish assembly. The assembly instructions are basic and can be followed easily but there is no template for locating the the two different sets of wall mounting hole locations as the four J hooks must be located in two different parallel spots for the chin-up function and the Dip function. Regarding the missing part, I contacted customer service and we eventually got it sorted out and they sent me a complete new unit. Took some time since the company is located in China. Email exchanges take extra time due to time difference, took several emails to finally get the exact problem explained with pictures. Overall time to resolve was ~ 1month which includes time to ship replacement items from China. Read more
Best purchase for an inexpensive home gym that is actually function. Easy to install if you know what type of wall you have and how to install on that wall. Padding is comfortable. Takes up very little space. Bought some gymnastics rings as an add on and we are very happy with our home gym. Read more
Great space saver and easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised. I weigh about 210 lbs. and it has been very sturdy. It says it is rated to 300 lbs. - not sure about that but should be good up to 250-275 lbs. (my opinion from using a lot of weight equipment for over 50 years). Read more
With the access to fitness centers limited, I found this pull-up dip bar a great addition to completing my home gym. My wife actually installed it for me as an anniversary gift , and it took about an hour (not including the trip to Home Depot for the wood, etc). I like that his has both outer and inner grips, which gives me the ability to work the full back. I also use the dip feature greatly, and it takes an easy five seconds to pop the bar from the pull-up hooks to the dip hooks. Plus, I have bee dealing with Covid stress by hooking a punching bag to it :), and it's awesome if anyone does bag training as well.. If I had to say any challenge, it's that I wasn't initially aware the instructions were packed underneath the metal beams. Once found, everything went well. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a simple, reliable, and functional piece of exercise equipment. Read more
