Ridiculously bright!

I'm not sure these are 1000W bulb equivalent, but they are insanely bright. You can't even begin to look into them. I installed a couple in the workshop over my benches and it's like strong daylight in there, even with no light outside. The light also has a really nice quality to it, so much better than the fluorescent style, rock steady with no flicker. A bargain at the current price, I bought four of them, but so far have only needed two. Hopefully they'll last a good long time and withstand the heat in the summer. Installation was easy, but a longer power cord would have been even better. Read more

The light is fabulous as far as brightness goes, it's daytime inside any room which is very nice, especially with wintertime closing in, however, this light gets HOT so if you are setting it on something beware. My other LED lights do not get warm, this one was laid on a granite counter for about three hours while ceiling was being replastered and we could see really well but, when we went to move it, it was hot enough to hurt your skin on hand so be aware.
