I’m glad I purchased this! It works tremendously well. It gets COOOOOLD. I don’t even have to put it in the freezer, the fridge works perfectly. The neck piece is a little tight but still works. It smelled like glue out of the bag but the more I’ve used it, it’s gone away but was tough in the beginning being with a migraine, odd smells didn’t help much. Read more
