Helps with plantar fascitis pain

Robin T.December 30, 2025✓ Verified purchase

I have had plantar fascitis for 8 months now. My Asic tennis shoes were not comfortable to wear because of the heel pain. These are the only tennis shoes I can tolerate the pain with. They are not the most attractive shoes, but when it comes to comfort that has to trump looks. So far they have been fine. I did up size a half size just so I would have some room in the toes, but I think they would have been ok without doing that. They are washable in the machine which is nice. I did get a pair of white and HATED them because they were always dirty. It really bugged me. Bought the all black and am very happy with that pair. The offer lots of cushioning for the heel which is where I have the pain. They do have arch support and I have not had any issues with them slipping on surfaces. I do appreciate the comfort. They do seem way too pricey, but when your feet hurt you are willing to pay! Read more

Comfortable. I usually wear 9 1/2 but they only had size 10 VS size 9. Size 9 fits great

Fit well for post op foot care walking short distances with great cushion since my injury is my left metatarsal now with osteoarthritis after pumping it outside my in garden. Now with ongoing numbness, tingling and intermittent pain. The shoes allow me to ambulate short distances for ex taking my dog out to do his bathroom Read more

Great, comfortable shoe, but pricey!

Teresa G.June 9, 2025✓ Verified purchase

Very comfortable. But these due to plantar fasciitis, they helped a lot with the healing process. I gave them four stars because of the price. Don’t understand why they have to be so expensive. Read more

Poor Customer Service For a Product Issue

CustomerSeptember 9, 2025✓ Verified purchase

Edited: (Going from 1 star to 3 stars) I did get a hold of customer service, but only via DM on instagram after posting a comment about my issues on one of their posts. I never received an e-mail response, even after following up, which was frustrating. I will say they replaced the shoes with no questions asked. The foam is super light and it does wear very easily. They are very comfortable and easy to get on, I'm just not sure they are going to last as long as previous tennis shoes I've owned. Customer service is non existent! They won't respond to my issue. I initially loved these shoes for the first couple of weeks! I only walk in them and wear them a few days a week, so I shouldn't be having this issue. I started to notice the treads were wearing on the soles, but didn't think too much about it. Well, they became so worn that I can feel rocks and sticks when I walk over items. This was only after a couple of months of owning them. My ortho has been recommending this brand to me for a while, but I was hesitant of the price. I'm even more frustrated now that I purchased them only to have shoes that I can't wear. Wasn't worth the $160 for the lack of poor customer service. If they reach out to me and resolve this issue, I'll update my review. Read more

Very small

Kelly C KendrickMarch 4, 2026✓ Verified purchase

These feel sooooo gooood on! The problem is that they run very short. My usual size is 9, I ordered a 9.5, and my toes were still hitting the end of the shoe. The toe box is roomy overall. Hopefully a size 10 will work. Read more
