I have only used 5 of these steps since I purchased them and didn't use them daily. The results speak for themselves! I was worried that they would cause sensitivity but they haven't. That could be because I don't use them back to back but either way, I saw a slight difference after my first treatment and it only got better. I'm sure that I'll be repurchasing more of these. They worked on the very first time I put them on my teeth yesterday, except they were slipping off the bottom so I contacted their customer support and was told to dry the teeth which I did today and they stuck perfectly.
