Read all the reviews to figure out what size to get my tall, skinny son for prom. He is 6'2" and around 170 lbs. We ended up purchasing a size 44 based off of other reviews. The jacket fit great! Pants looked great on, but he definitely needed a belt. He said the suit was really comfortable to dance in and he is wild on the dance floor. The large tag on the sleeve was obnoxious, but my husband was able to very carefully remove it. The purple suit fit his fun, goofy personality perfectly. He really looked sharp in it and he got a TONS of compliments from everyone at prom. The price of $60 was great and it was way cheaper than renting a tux. sizing is way out to lunch. I'm a 44/46 chest and ordered a 52. jacket fits perfectly, pants are a tad large. But this suit will work well for any party. prepare for all the compliments. the cut is really very good, as in modern and flattering. I'm overall extremely impressed for how well done the suit is. just remember, the sizes listed are weird. Read more
I saw great reviews of the suits and how slim they fit, even a few saying that the sizes seem to run small. I expected to have to lose weight to fit in the size 36 suit I ordered upon this arrival (I’m 5’7, 170 lbs). Unfortunately, when the item arrived I saw that I had received a SIZE 46 suit. That’s TEN SIZES over what I paid one hundred dollars for. Under normal circumstances I’d return this for a refund without hesitation but I need this suit for a party tomorrow, even in its current significantly oversized state. Luckily it’s a Halloween party so I can get away with it this time, but I can’t see myself using this suit much in the future - which is a great shame for the excellent color, material, and loss of $100 on my end. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that my experience was a fluke but I’m very unhappy about it, and I will be very hesitant to purchase anything from opposuits in the future. Read more
Honestly, this is a pretty good suit! However, generic sizing for both coat and pants make it difficult to fit average guy. My husband normally wears a 42 coat and 33 pants. We sent the first one back in the size 42 because coat was tight in shoulders and pants too tight in waist. We ordered 44. Coat fit much better but pretty sure pants were exact same size. The first time I bought this suit I had read the reviews of the customers who had purchased that were the same height and weight as my fiance. He is 6 ft 3 in and around 200 pounds. Tall and slim. First, we bought a size 48 which was way too large. I returned that one and ordered the size 38 after measuring my fiance and going by the size chart. The 38 was way too small. So returning that one as well. Around his chest measures about 41 in, his pants size is 34 / 34. With only 2 weeks until our wedding we have to guess which size is his actual fit. It is a very lovely suit, but the sizes are way off, as you can't go by the measurements according to the size chart or based off other customer reviews. Fortunately I have Amazon Prime which offers 1-day shipping for this suit, if the weather permits no delays. Update 2/16/22 Reordered a size 44 and was a little too small still. Did a return and reordered a size 46. No longer receive one day shipping for this item all of a sudden, and need it before 2/22 next week. Have tried messaging the seller to change shipping speed to get it by this Friday. No response yet but still feeling somewhat hopeful that it'll arrive before our wedding day. If if doesn't, I'm very unsatisfied with this product and customer service and would not recommend the hassle to friends. Read more

The fit was great on a 6”5’ man with long inseam, here’s what he says- “I did have some ankle showing it was a bit snug, but I’m pretty lean so there’s a trade-off and everything I wear between being long enough to fit and being too big to swim in. I'm really impressed by the quality of the suit. I ordered a size 40 and it fit perfectly. I am 6'3" / 182lbs with a usual 33"w/35"l pant size and my chest actually measures 39" and this one fits really well. The arms could be a tad longer but are still totally fine. Walking around in that suit got me more positive comments than walking around in a monkey suit on a busy day downtown.
