I'd give this 10 starts if I could. I had an Oral-B years ago and wanted a new one. I love it - it has a very small footprint (so doesn't take up much space on the vanity). It can't be overcharged, so I just leave it plugged in all the time. It does a GREAT job of cleaning my teeth and makes me feel like I just left the dentist, every day. I have both the cleaning and the polishing heads and I can't really tell the difference when I use either one, but both do a great job at helping me maintain good oral health. The built in timer is perfect and gives a gentle buzz when it's time to move to the next quadrant so I know I'm brushing long enough in each area and it does a good job at getting around the back teeth, which my dentist always reminded me I had to focus on.
