Excellent product, but I initially had trouble installing the batteries. After about 20 minutes of trying every possible orientation (even swapping in new batteries), we finally spotted the tiny “plus” and “minus” symbols near the top of the cap. They’re extremely small and the same color as the plastic, so they’re very easy to overlook. Once we found them, the batteries went in correctly and the device worked perfectly. I just wish the markings were easier to see or that the instructions included an enlarged diagram. I almost returned it because I thought it was defective. Read more

The best electric toothbrush I’ve used. It isn’t aggressive. I love that it’s battery operated rather than charged. It’s small and unobtrusive. I feel like it cleans really well but that’s really dependent on how you care for the brush. Was easy to find replacement heads. For the price point I really think it’s worth it.
