Love my Oral-B brush. Really gets my teeth clean and I have hardly have any plaque anymore. But the standard Oral-B brush heads were too harsh on my gums and I was starting to notice some gum erosion. So I switched to these sensitive ones. The build quality is the same solid quality as the originals, just the brushes are softer, and they don't impact my gums. I see Amazon now carries some third party brush heads but the reviews are mixed. I decided I'm not messing around with my teeth and gums to save a few bucks. I just wait until these official Oral-B ones are on sale and get them then. Are these brushes overpriced? Sure, a bit. But I look at it this way: I haven't had a single dental issue since I started using my Oral-B 15 years ago. So it's worth it. Read more
My Oral-B started wabbling at the beginning of a brushing. I put one of the on and that solved the problem. I also have sensitive gums, so it works well for that as well. Read more
This product is just as advertised, for "sensitive" teeth. I had accidentally bought a similar product claimed to be "soft", but its bristles were hard as steel and there was no maker's name or origin (possibly China). I'm happy to have finally gotten a real Oral-B toothbrush head, made by them in Germany and properly soft, as claimed. As for the brush heads, I find that they do not clean well between the teeth, flossing is still necessary. But my gums are happy! Costs more than el-cheapo kinds, but worth it! ,,, The packaging of the 5-brush set is a bit overdone for store display purposes, 11" x 9.25" x 0.75", and hard to open. Recycling its cardboard backing would require tearing off the tightly adherent plastic or celluloid part. Read more

Be careful purchasing the 5 pack. I have received counterfeits on two occasions. I usually buy the 3 pack and have never received a counterfeit 3 pack yet. You'll know its counterfeit because the bristles arent nearly as soft. Read more

Wish they were a bit less expensive. But overall a great product. Does the job and works great. My family all use them and love them. Great cleaning system, the Oral B 1000, and soft brush heads. Dentists recognize the difference, in us using this system as opposed to manual tooth brushes. Read more
Somehow, the non-brand-name ones just don’t seem to work right. If you have an oral – B toothbrush, I would recommend staying with the brand name. Read more
