I have been using Oral B proglide threader floss for 7 seven years and it works beautifully. Recently, they changed it and twice I have returned it when this new style arrived. The floss string is now stretchy and tears and is a bit thicker and difficult to get between tighter teeth. I did call Proctor and Gamble to provide my disappointment and hope they will return to the original style. In the meantime, I am buying up as many of the original that I can find. I also thought I could wash the string and get a few days out of each one. Read more

I was sent this TWICE as a substitute without being told that what I ordered was not available. Wasted a lot of time trying to rectify and Amazon was not helpful. This is inferior to what I ordered and used for years. The floss snags and weakens or tears. Very disappointed in bothe the poor service I received from repeated follow-ups with AMAZON and lack of a personal interaction and the quality of the floss. Read more

Hope these are not replacing the 30 count single packaging as quality is horrible. Floss shreds very easily. Plus threader is very flimsy. I had ordered the old version but this new version was substituted. Read more

Not a good product. The new fuzzy floss shreds. The original Glide threader were perfect. Don't know why they changed it. Read more
