In accorance with amazon's review guidelines, I avoid giving any kind of health advice. If this is a new supplement to you, do your own research obviously outside of amazon as to what the dose and intended use is, and what benefits to expect or not. With that said, if you're looking for Arjuna powder this is a good choice. Reasonably priced, nice bulk option. Much more affordable than capsules for something like this as long as you can figure out how to take it in a way that works for you. Powder appears to be as described and pure. No oddities or weird flavors or tastes. Had enough info on the manufacturer to be trustworthy. Package is secure and has tamper seals on it. Read more

My main reason for taking this herb is for heart health, but mostly emotional side of it, from Ayurvedic perspective. On more material note, I want to try it for its blood thinning properties, antioxidant qualities and for different bioactive components that reduce inflammation, improve immune function and hopefully improve fertility. I drink it as tea, it has mild and pleasant flavor. The instruction states to mix it with warm water or add to other drinks. Some sources online talk about leaving it to brew overnight. I brew mine like herbal tea for 10-15 minutes and drink. Read more
Pros: - I love that this is organic powder and only contains one ingredient. - I love that this is stamped GMP certified & USDA organic, giving me confidence in using it. - Expiration is far enough out (April, 2026) that it can be used for a long time. - Look up the health benefits of Arjuna bark powder, they seem to be numerous. Cons: - I don't like the flavor for tea or mixed with cold water. - I used it several times in a smoothie, which was better than the tea, but still tasted it. Maybe I can adapt it into the smoothie with different fruit or something. So, the pros outweigh the cons. The distributor of this product is in Sheridan, WY, if you want a U.S. contact (even though the back of the package indicates that it is made in India). I think that putting some powder into cooking is my next try, where it might be masked a bit better. I did not instantly notice any health benefits, however, using this is a long term goal of mine since the properties of this powder do supposedly pack a punch and are very good for your health. It's a good idea to check with your doctor before taking any supplement that may impact medications you are taking. Read more
I take Arjuna powder for its medicinal properties like antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. The powder easily mixes with my workout shake. This supplement is made in a GMP certified facility and is certified USDA Organic. They don’t report any 3rd party testing. Hennaco has recently released several supplement so doesn’t have a track record of yet. I am giving them 3 stars as a caution until they prove their quality. Read more
exactly what I was looking for, this is good. Thanks Read more
I'm new to this product but am hopeful it will offer antioxidant benefits. The powder dissolves easily in room temp or hot water - I have not tried it in cold water. It also blends well in a smoothy without any noticeable grit. In coffee, I detect the flavor more than in a smoothie of course, but it has an earthy, somewhat bitter flavor when I dip my finger into it for a taste. There is nothing in this product but organic Arjuna powder, according to the label. The powder is packaged in a resealable pouch that's been easy to open and close, even with my arthritic hands. I feel the price point for 4 ounces of powder make this a decent value. Read more
Ok so I got this to see if it would help lower my blood pressure. Instructions say to consume in warm water or a smoothie. Always choose the smoothie! Will make your smoothie taste a bit earthy but it will definitely be more palatable than the powder in just water. Looking forward to reporting back about my bp! Read more
