Hesitate to use the word "waterproof" but will shed a quick shower. Naturally, I use something like WD (Forty) on almost all things to prevent rust. Five Stars Read more

Difference of perspective maybe... but after having this in hand, this is not what I'd describe as "small". Perhaps vendor meant this holds "small" tools. Given it's size, you'd be able to hold non-small tools too in this. It has two separately zippered compartments. Each compartment by itself could be considered a complete tool bag. Each individual compartment (~4"x7"x12") is already large enough to hold several tools. Then you basically have two of these combined. Zipper goes around 3-sides of the compartment, allowing you to fully "unfold" open to expose access to everything in it. Zipper is nice and wide and operates smoothly. There's also a 3rd front side pouch on top. You have option of a handle or using the dual, opposing D-rings with a shoulder strap to carry this around. Given the total holding volume it's probably net weight of everything will be pretty heavy. So a shoulder strap could be the most useful way to lug this (fully loaded) around. One major criticism... pouch material feels slightly wimpy for the size. A thicker Oxford fabric would inspire more confidence wrt durability. Interior looks and feels similar to rubberized plastic that I had in high school backpacks (which started cracking after one year). Would get full stars except for this. At least you get two of these tool bags, which still makes this a somewhat of a bargain for something throwaway in a year of two of usability. Read more

For a soft-sided tool pouch, these punch well above their weight. They're not going to offer the rigid structure of a hard case, but for organizing and carrying tools they work really well and hold a lot more than their size suggests. The quality is genuinely good: the fabric is sturdy, the zippers are smooth and feel durable, and everything is well constructed. Having two different colors in the pack is a practical detail I really appreciate. I use one for each type of tool so I always grab the right bag without having to dig around. My only minor gripe is the price. At $20 for two they're a little on the high side given the size. $15 would feel more appropriate. That said, the quality justifies it more than the size does, and as an organizational tool they earn their place. Good buy overall. Recommended. Read more

I ordered these two zippered tool bags because I’m in the process of kitting up everything in my garage. One thing I like about the tool bags are the three zippered compartments. I decided that I was going to kit up an oscillating tool I have left in its original cardboard box for almost a decade. I was able to put the tool in one pouch, attachments in the second and the owners manual in the third. The volume inside of the tool bags were able to hold all of those items with room to spare. It didn’t put any stress on the bag or the zippers. The zippers function smoothly. I like the two contrasting colors of the bags. I don’t use the oscillating tool very often so I put it in the green bag. I will use the orange bag for something I want to stand out and see quickly. A couple of things to pay attention to are the pictures in the product description make the bags look bigger than they are and the description shows a man with a matching carrying strap. Look at the measurements before you buy they are true to size. Also note the fine print says the strap doesn’t come with the bag. If you like this style of bag then I can recommend you consider it when comparison shopping. It looks to be a good value compared to others. I’m very happy with these tool bags and I think you will be too. Read more
