I have it on my chest as I’m laying down right now! I sleep with it under my pillow, sometimes I walk around with it in my pocket. I just love it. It’s brought me a lot of relief and healing. Right when I took it out of the box, my brain fog went away! Highly recommend to anyone who is sensitive, empathic, and psychic. It was really great meditating with it, a well. Oh, this seven layer chakra coaster is really nice. It's got good crystals for each of the chakras and it's well made. It's wide enough to hold my insulated water mugs. I think it's about 4 1/2 inches diameter. The layers of copper crumbles and crystals are well laid and the copper antennae and flower of life are nice. I have this 7 chakra coaster and a black Tourmaline Orgone coaster, both are good, though I feel more of an attunement with the Tourmaline energy generator. I hope to get the Aquamarine coaster sometime. The quality of both of mine are really good, and I'm happy with them. I think someone suggested that the makers make them a little wider, another inch would be nicer, and give them a lip around the edge.
