Purchased this iPod for 244.00 and it was suppose to be new - It had songs on it and not I can't add it to my computer. I always purchase and extra one to replace my old one. Now I am ready to use it and it doesn't work. The return closed in March. Not happy. I will send this review as many times as possible - How can send an iPod with songs already on it and a host of other songs and sell it as new. I bought this ipod as a gift. We loaded music on it on Nov 4, 2024. As of Dec 29, the ipod will no longer charge. I would expect this ipod to work longer than 8 weeks. I'm asking for a replacement ipod or a refund. Be wary of this product. Read more

Okay, first things first. It took a bit but it is working fine now! Exactly as expected as I have had one before. Good memory, amazing battery life, clear sound, compatible with iTunes, a good deal for the money. The thing bringing the rating down is that it came covered in tape with highly inappropriate imagery that if I were to take a picture and post it anywhere I would be flagged for sexual content on it and I had to rip it all of and clean it. As well as some questionable music still on the device, but those were easy enough fixes. What was harder is that it came with a few software issues I was thankfully able to fix after some troubleshooting and trial+error. I.e. iTunes was refusing to recognize the disk for the syncing process in the device and would disconnect mid sync saying about an unknown error. Plus deleting any music that managed to sync to it. A full format, restoration, and some settings and program adjustments later it works! Though it would have been nice to have it ready to go straight out of the delivery box. Read more
