I have very high arches and normally buy custom arch support inserts for sneakers, hike shoes, and barn boots. I decided to try these, and they were good for thick under toes, and arch has good support. I wear a women wide 9, and based on sizing purchased the M. I had to trim some off the toe area to fit it into my work boot. They provide pretty good arch and general alignment support, we'll see how they hold up to the sweat and wear in my boots. Read more
