I have been using these for about 10 years. I normally buy them at a local orthopedic shoe store but the price here was equivalent. I originally switched to these from SuperFeet in 2006-2007 when I had plantar fasciitis. They, along with some other therapies eventually helped me get rid of the Plantar Fasciitis. I use them in all of my shoes. I use these blue (Sport) ones in my athletic shoes and boots and the gray (Casual) ones in my oxfords. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality insole with good arch support and a gel heel. They last about 18 months in shoes I wear every day and 24 months or more in shoes or boots I wear less frequently. Read more

Although they are comfortable, these inserts don't have adequate arch support and are not thick enough to provide "customized support and maximum comfort" nor do they "wonders for heel pain and Plantar Fasciitis" as stated in their description. These provide no more support or comfort than common drug-store inserts. Look elsewhere. Read more
I have flat feet, and during marathon training last year, I developed peroneal tendonitis. Both my physical therapist and the staff of the local running store recommended these insoles. Along with some better shoes, they helped me get out of physical therapy and across the finish line of the race. The previous brand of insoles that I used were flimsy by comparison; the arch support for these is fantastic. They are expensive but of commensurately high quality. Read more
My podiatrist strongly suggested that I replace the insoles that came with all of my shoes with over the counter orthotic inserts to give me better support. He was right, after using the insoles that he sold me my feet, and especially my toes, weren't as sore. But, he sold a brand that was only available through doctor's offices and they were expensive. So, I hunted for a retail version and found these. They are very similar to the insoles that I bought from my podiatrist. The biggest difference is the squishy arch support which I prefer over the doctor bought insoles; they just seem to do a better job of conforming to my arch and they give very good support. I did have to loosen up the laces on all of my shoes when I started using orthotic inserts and these were no exception. I've ordered these twice to have inserts for all of my running and racquetball shoes. They are very comfortable and seem to work well in resolving plantar issues. Note that they don't cure anything. They simply make it tolerable to continue my activities. I haven't had them long enough to comment on its durability. Hopefully I'll have some info on that later. These were recommended to me by a Dr that I play racquetball with to help with pain associated with the plantar. So far, I'm happy and glad that he made the recommendation. Read more
