JUST BUY IT!!! IT’S AMAZING! I’ve tried so many brands, types, and levels of compression, but this one WORKS! Maybe a little too well even. Backstory: My wrist has been in pain since high school. All the essays, hand written notes, and marching band color guard. I now have a desk job, which demands constant typing, moving a mouse, and clicking. I’m slightly between sleeve sizes but decided to go with the medium. It takes a little effort to get on, but the relief is instantaneous! The burning in my wrist and shooting pain from wrist to elbow is gone! I mainly use this sleeve for typing or extensive writing, but will wear it for any other task as needed. I have a night brace so I’ve never slept in it. The single downside: I can only wear the sleeve for an hour or two before my thumb goes numb. But I’m too happy with the results to buy another. I would rather put it on/take it off than go a day without. If you don’t want to bother with the back and forth, I recommend going with the larger size if you’re in between sizes. Overall: I’m extremely satisfied with this sleeve, it still deserves five stars in my opinion. I will continue to buy this brand if a replacement is ever needed. 💯 love these. 1 it’s one smooth peace with no seem to put pressure on your wrist. I have fibro and fabrics and stitches can become irritating. 2 I Use it while walking to reduce swelling in my hands. Use it as additional wrist support and compression as I’ve had injuries and have weakened my wrist. What I would love if these came with half fingers. I ride motorcycles and would love to have these under my gloves. Help with blood flow and negate some of the numbing in the fingers. Read more
This is a nice quality device. However I measured with a bit of extra room getting a size large and now feel I should have gone with an extra large. Outside of that though it does a good job. I do find when I take it off my hand feels more painful and weak at first but as I move it around for a bit that becomes better. It is so nice to be able to wear this at night as before I bought it I could not get my hand in a comfortable position so I could sleep. Now I am able to fall asleep which is so important for healing. My only con would be to say to order up from what you believe you will need. It will still be snug enough to do what you need and not so snug that it grabs your most painful area too tightly. Read more

I got this for work bc I have overuse syndrome and while my time doing the "offending action" is limited, my hand, forearm, and wrist are sore all the time. 24/7. I have carpal tunnel braces to sleep in, driving, and for doing stuff that doesn't require a lot of mobility but for work, I need the use of my hand. This seemed like a good choice and I'm hoping it is for the price. Not sure why I thought it was a set for $18 but it's just one so that sucked massively. That's pricier than my braces with a metal inserts. But I didn't have time to return it, though I wish I would have. It runs VERY small. My wrist isn't quite 6 inches, which is allegedly a small, but I went with a medium anyway bc I usually wear medium nitrile gloves. Thank goodness I did. My hand and wrist feel ok right now but I'm not sure how my arm will feel after 8 hours bc it's so tight. My thumb, after about an hour, got cold and tingly and a little blue so I ran my pocket knife up the inside of it about 30x to loosen the compression. If I find I can tolerate it for a whole day I'll come back and raise my star rating. As it stands, it is Sunday and I was testing it out before a go to work a whole day with it and I suspect I'll be cutting the thumb off entirely when I get home. I wouldn't say this improves circulation so much as it just cuts it off entirely unless you go 2 sizes up- then it's probably great. But I'm not spending more money on it. I'll just go back to ripping my skin up with kt tape bc I have a bunch of that already just thought this would be more convenient. Read more

Ordered a Size Medium to fit my 7" wrist. Received the product, and it's too tight for my forearm and hand. Note: I have a pretty meaty, wide palm and fairly well developed forearm. Also had recent injury, so may have some swelling at times too. If you're on the high end of the size range, and/or have a larger palm or forearm, consider sizing up. I'd recommend calling the company on their toll free line to ask about sizing. Called them today, their Customer Support was EXCELLENT. They sent a replacement free of charge. My review reflects the great customer service and support. My perception is the Seller is a Company that is striving to improve its product and provide great service. I'm looking forward to receiving the replacement product, as I think it's very supportive and will help with my hand and wrist issues. Recently had a hand and arm injury, and am recovering from strain and injury to hand and nerves. This will fit the ticket and is what my Physical Therapist recommended. I'd also say it is probably a great product to consider if you have carpal tunnel syndrome. Very firm and supportive. Just make sure the one you order is wide enough to fit your forearm and/or the palm of your hand. Update: replacement did not fit. Company provided refund. Good product. My wrist is just too much smaller than my hand circumference, so it didn't work for me. But if you have a normal wrist to hand size ratio, this would likely be a very supportive and helpful product for you. Again, great customer service. Read more
