I purchased these socks for my husband who has issues with swelling in the legs so his calves get very large at times. Regular compression socks, never seem to go over his calves when they are so swollen and they hurt his legs these socks. Have a nice stretch to them, but are very comfortable and helped the swelling go down after the first two days he loves wearing them and sometimes wears them day and night. I purchased these socks for my mother and after many unsuccessful purchases this one is it! These socks are super stretchy and comfortable to wear. Finally, a pair of socks that don't cut off my mother's circulation. Definitely worth the purchase. The traction on the bottom of the sock is definitely good quality not like that ones you buy in the store where you wash them once and the traction stickers fall off.
