Before you have that knee replacement or that hip replacement or even after, give these a try. They’re not expensive. They’re easy to fit in the shoe. You don’t need a doctors appointment and they work. Within three or four hours, I realized I would be able to walk to the park to go for a walk around the block to go for two walks around the block. Awesome Inserts for Runners with Falling Arches!
I have used the regular thickness Saluber inserts for many years and although they are fine for running, the extra thick models are noticeably better. After a hard run, I would usually need to rest my legs for a day or so between runs. The extra thick versions eliminated any soreness and allowed me to up my mileage even for running multiple days in a row. These are my "go-to" inserts from now on! Read more
