Red insoles are just a little better than the blue.
So I ordered 4 pairs of these insoles for my boyfriend because he has plantar fasciitis and works on his feet, (in dress shoes at that), for like 10 hours a day. I bought 2 blue and 2 red thinking the color was the only difference, and why not add a little variety right? Well, my items arrived pretty quick, I have prime so they got here in like 2 days. By the way, whoever delivers my packages, thank you because you leave them so nicely in my porch and I appreciate that, thank you for not just tossing them there.. Anyways, I had bought the blue ones months ago and they worked well for him so I figured why not stock up. The red ones are actually slightly different from the blue insoles and my boyfriend actually really loves the way the red insoles support his whole body. He doesn’t even want to open the blue ones at all. In fact, we decided to return the blue insoles and order 2 more of the red insoles because they support his feet and back a little more than the blue insoles. I do want to say that the blue one’s aren’t bad at all. They work really well too, but if you have serious plantar fasciitis, back pain, and you’re on your feet for more than 8 hours straight in the day, I highly recommend the red insoles. They give just a little more extra support. They’re like a dollar or so more, but it’s worth it. At least that’s what my boyfriend commented and he’s the one wearing them. Hope this helps.
