I’ve been seeing a chiropractor and he uses this exact gun. It works all the same and is definitely used between chiropractic appts. Very impressed by this little machine. Multiple modes, levels, and end fixtures for whatever is needed to be massaged out. It’s best if someone helps though, there’s nothing worse than causing more tight and tense muscles to try and get a spot on your back if that’s what needs it. Read more

I’ve tested at least a dozen massage guns over the past year, and while I’ve enjoyed them all I think this is only the second gun I’ve tried that I could imagine being used by professionals. It feels like a very well put together product, the kind of thing that can be expected to work for hours at a time and give years of service. This is pretty surprising, as I’m afraid this gun is also among the ugliest I’ve tried. Despite its very reasonable weight it looks like a bulky beast, and the design is downright unappealing to me, like a hairdryer from a Soviet hotel room in the 80s. I’ve seen more attractively designed massage guns at half the price. Still, you’re not buying it for its looks. This thing works well enough to overlook the ugliness. With 5 power levels it’s gentle enough to use on bony areas where I don’t want to apply much force but also powerful enough to reach deep into the muscles of my lower back, buried beneath my love handles, where I have a niggling injury that occasionally sends my back into spasm if I don’t get regular massages. Try it. This is a good one. Read more
Despite its looks, this item is fairly lightweight. I took it apart-- the mechanism is sufficient for medium-duty "massages" in my estimation. The charge controller for the batteries is worrisome-- otherwise, you're looking at something that's ok. Read more
I've had 3 massage guns that I have reviewed in the past. They were all of similar style and quality - one of millions of other similar massage guns from China that are available on Amazon. They were all pretty much the same when it came to functionality, performance, level of quality (not bad, but not major brand quality), motor, battery, etc. The only aspects that were different between them all were the aesthetics, and the type of attachments they came with. I could tell an immediate difference with this Osaki massage gun. As soon as I turned it on I knew it was totally different from all the one I have used before. The motor is noticeably quieter, smoother running (higher quality is immediately apparent), and the materials used is definitely higher grade. It's really nice. It may not come with as many attachments, but that doesn't bother me one bit. The ones that come with it is plenty for me and my needs. It comes with a nice carry case that has molded spots for everything. From a functionality standpoint, this one has modes that go through different patterns and speeds, like massage chairs have. None others I have used had modes like this. And Osaki being awesome in the massage chair market, you already know what to expect from them - high quality. Highly recommended, no doubt! 5/5 Read more
