I've now used these pillows for the past 2 weeks or so, and I can honestly say they're the best pillows I've ever bought for myself. I was a little skeptical, because I've seen how expensive some pillows can get...but these are incredible. I've always struggled finding the right balance of soft/firm, or even the right thickness - but being able to adjust the "fluffiness" to my preference, ease of washing, and them staying "cool" throughout the night is huge, especially for someone who tends to run hot at night. I can't speak to the shape retention quite yet, as I've only had them a couple weeks, but this far they haven't lost their shape at all.
