Great bag. Very spacious, well made, beautiful color and fabric. Comfortable to wear. Holds a ton of stuff. Has a lot of pockets and compartments. Laptop no problem. Can be used as a weekender bag if you want or a commuter backpack, carry on, whatever you need. Only thing I can’t figure out about it is that Osprey made an opening in the back for a water bladder but no way to hang it if you wanted to use it as a day bag for hiking. Why not include a little piece of Velcro or a cheap plastic hook? Makes no sense. Otherwise I really like this bag a lot. I use it mostly for trips as a carry on or weekender and it works well. Kind of big for a day bag for sight seeing but if you have to carry a lot of stuff for the family it probably would be perfect. Nice big water bottle pockets on both sides too. Straps are pretty comfy even when loaded down. Osprey knows how to make a good pack that fits well. Read more

What you see is what you get! What a great adventure bag, really excited to try it out. Bought a Comet and a Nebula for me and my girl and she liked it! It has very spacious compartments, lots of pockets for organization. Size is just right and very comfortable. Material looks really durable and the design is well thought of. Osprey rocks! Read more

The Osprey Nebula is hands down the best everyday backpack I’ve owned. The build quality is excellent—durable materials, sturdy zippers, and a design that feels both sleek and practical. The organization is outstanding with plenty of pockets and compartments to keep everything in place, including a padded laptop sleeve that provides real peace of mind. It’s extremely comfortable to wear, even when fully loaded, thanks to the supportive straps and breathable back panel. Whether for commuting, travel, or daily use, this bag hits the mark perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile backpack! Read more

Best backpack I've ever owned. Very intuitive design. I use this for a 16" laptop and supplies to travel for a few days at a time. It's mostly comfortable, objectively better than most and it breathes well. The laptop sleeve/compartment is rigid and protective, the laptop itself is suspended above the bottom of the bag so if you were to drop it onto its bottom, theoretically, it will not damage the laptop. There are some other zippered sleeves/pockets within the laptop compartment but it gets tight so other than a few small papers and the laptop itself, you probably won't get much out of it. But remember, I'm using a big and heavy 16" gaming laptop so it may be more useful if you have a small laptop. I also love the outermost cinchedown compartment. Super convenient for items you want to grab quickly without dealing with zippers and fumbling through other items inside the bag. Can be loose enough to roll up a hoodie or tightened down as securely as you need. Only downsides are that the sunglasses compartment could be softer, and the waist strap is basically useless. The chest strap is great though! Read more

This nicely combines a real backpack with commuter features (laptop sleeve & organization). It's suitable for commuting, travel, or hikes. The laptop sleeve easily fits my 17" laptop but I had to deduct one star because the sleeve provides absolutely no padding or protection along the sides; just elastic material. I am using a slim laptop case because I can't risk damaging my high-end laptop. I might actually cut out the stock laptop sleeve to remove some bulk. Read more

Although this Backpack is not cheap, it is of great quality, and I trust all of my devices inside of it. The one thing I am not a huge fan of is that the laptop compartment will open all the way flat, as this is a commuter bag, this is expected, just not my cup of tea as I use it as a school bag for college. The laptop compartment is fairly sizable, It fit my 2013 15" MacBook with a little bit extra room. The laptop compartment being elevated from the bottom of the bag is helpful to not sustain any damages from setting the bag on the ground. As far as storage goes this bag can hold quite a bit of stuff. I carry around 2 3-subject notebooks and a single subject notebook as well as a small tool pouch with 2 screwdrivers and a bit pack in the middle compartment. In the 2nd smallest compartment I have my pen case, pencil pouch, and calculator, as well as cables and a power bank in the small zip up compartment inside of there. In the very small zippered pouch on the outside I keep my external SSD, cables for that, and a couple snacks (protein/granola bars). The water bottle holders on the side are fairly sizable, they aren't quite big enough to fit my 42oz Cirkul water bottle, but they are pretty close. The elastic part is also fairly tall on those compartments, but there is also plastic buckles that hold things in there really well ( I could even fit a small umbrella in there). Overall this backpack is made of really nice materials, and seems like it would stand up to time pretty well. (Plus even if it doesn't, Osprey has a good warranty) Read more
