So I have had a journey finding the right wrist brace you know the ones at your local big box drug store, big box retail stores. So the negatives “no returns” I did not see that at all. But Customer service where great a Big Thanks. So now on to the Ossur Brace the minus having to cut the tabs. The one Velcro closes to the thumb seemed crooked. But overall the feel and comfort is much better that some of the previous ones. You may jump lots of hoops in finding the right one. I want to exchange it for a much smaller size but there are no returns. What a waste of money. The straps are so long and the section where they attach is so small.
