I used it for months, washed it, dried it, and overall, it feels like a helpful addition to my sleep. Hence, this review. I must say, the shape helps in supporting my neck in different positions: sleeping belly up is, of course, the classic test: since it supports right the middle of the neck, it reduces a lot of the tension felt in the head, especially in the spots where the neck muscles connect to the bones. Sleeping on the side (or belly down) is also pretty comfortable, as there is quite a low risk of crushing my own arm thanks to the four side supports, which is a big plus! It is quite compact in size, closer to a "queen" size pillow rather than a "king" size pillow. A touch smaller than what I was expecting, but it works nicely for the size of my head. I bought this pillow because I am such a side sleeper. The idea of the pillow shape intrigued me and I also liked the cooling effect. It was also on sale so I thought, why not? When I finally got it I could not wait to try it. It was soft, stayed relatively cool, but I just could not get comfortable. It was not proving the support I was looking for. I thought that maybe, it was just the first night I used it right away straight out of the package. It may need to firm up some more so I waiting a couple of days before sleeping on it again.
